Spa Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
- Properly open and close the spa according to the standard operating procedures
- Greeting every client in a professional, welcoming manner
- Answering phone calls promptly
- Assisting clients with questions regarding spa services and products
- Accurately book, change and cancel appointments utilizing our computer system
- Process payment for services and products
- Actively promote the sales of spa retail products, memberships, and gift cards
- Maintain a clean well-organized reception area
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas
- Assist with washing and folding of all linens used in treatment rooms
- Arrive prior to starting of shift with enough time to prepare for the day
- Maintain and increase knowledge by attending in-house instruction, and education/training classes
- Various duties as assigned by Spa Management
Qualifications:
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings and weekends
- Relevant customer service experience preferred
- Strong phone skills
- Basic computer skill a must
- Ability to pick up new software skills quickly
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English
- Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Punctual with strong attendance history
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred

Massage Therapist
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional massages and spa treatments
- Greeting clients in the spa lounge and escorting them to the treatment room
- Reviewing clients’ medical forms
- Provide multiple deep tissue massages, back to back
- Writing complete treatment notes
- Setting up your treatment room neatly
- Cleaning your treatment room after each visit
- Assist with washing and folding of all linens used in treatment rooms
- Arrive prior to starting of shift with enough time to prepare for the day
- Maintain and increase knowledge by attending in-house instruction, and education/training classes
- Various duties as assigned by Spa Management
Qualifications:
- Experience in many different modalities, strong CE background preferred
- Must comply with local and state licensing laws and regulations
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings and weekends
- Ability to sell memberships and service packages
- Strong team player
- Excellent customer service skills and work ethic
- Professional manner, discretion, and appearance

Laser Technician
We are seeking medical and/or esthetic professionals to join our growing medical spa as laser estheticians. The ideal candidate will be a licensed medical professional or esthetician with excellent verbal and written communication, attention to detail, excellent time management, a natural leader, superior client care and retention as well as excellent salesmanship. Laser technicians are trained onsite.
