How Many Treatments will I need?

Sessions are 50 minutes long and can be done with 48 hours in between.  For best results body wraps should be done 2-3 times per week for 4-6 weeks.

How to Prepare?

In preparation for the Infrared Body Wrap, we encourage clients to stay hydrated the night before and the day of their wrap. We also ask that you eat something light 30 mins prior to your appointment. We do require undergarments during the wrap. Bottoms are required and for women bra is optional. The undergarments that you wear during the wrap will get wet so please bring a dry pair to go home in. If you are doing the wrap for weight loss and slimming we encourage you to incorporate a healthy diet and exercise routine with the service in order to maximize your results.

What to Expect?

The infrared body wrap is a great process to remove toxins, relax muscles, improve blood circulation, increase your heart rate, cardiac output, and metabolic rate, soften skin, relax and rejuvenate your mind!  You are physically in the wrap for about 45-50 minutes. Your spa specialist will check on you throughout the entire process to ensure your comfort. You will gradually build a deep sweat all while laying down, relaxing, and enjoying music.

Before Treatment

You will be fully clothed during this wrap. Wear light-colored cotton fiber long-sleeved top and pants or thicker yoga style pants. Thin synthetic fiber clothing can conduct too much heat and can get uncomfortable for most. All areas being treated should be covered during your session. Bring a change of clothes to wear after your session. You will perspire quite a bit and will want something to change into after your wrap. Bring a bottle of water. It is recommended you drink water before during and after your session to replenish any fluids lost through sweating. It is not recommended that you do any other treatments on the same day such as tanning or any other thermal or infrared treatments.

After Treatment

It is recommended you drink water before, during, and after your session to replenish any fluids lost through sweating.
